Timing belts for heavy-duty applications
The CONTI SYNCHROFORCE® Supreme was specially developed for heavy-duty drive performance. Its compounding guarantees unsurpassed fatigue strength under reversed bending stresses together with high wear resistance. It paves the way to previously unknown performance levels at belt speeds of up to 60 m/s, while also offering the proven advantages of the CONTI SYNCHROFORCE® rubber timing belt line. .
Areas of application:
CONTI SYNCHROFORCE® Supreme heavy-duty timing belts are used wherever heavy loads are transmitted at high belt speeds.


Properties:
moderate oil resistance remains stable over a temperature range from –20 °C to +100 °C according to application resistant to ozone and suitable for use in tropical climates electrically conductive according to ISO 9563.

The CONTI SYNCHROFORCE® Extreme was specially developed for reliable continuous transmission of extremely high torque levels at moderately high belt speeds of up to 17 m/s. New compounding ensures outstanding tooth stability and sustained tear strength. The multilayer treated cover fabric ensures high abrasion resistance even after long use. Thanks to the modified NBR embedding compound and the heavy-duty aramid tensile member, the belt has a very high resistance to extension, especially in the lower torque range. It thus offers extremely reliable service with the proven advantages of the CONTI SYNCHROFORCE® line.
