Double-sided timing belts
The CONTI SYNCHROTWIN® double-sided timing belt is a drive element that allows opposing motion drives even in high out- put classes. The heavy-duty versions CXP III for high rpm rates and CXA III for high torques are characterized by their constant length and the teeth's high resistance to deformation. The standard version allows a particularly economic synchronous power transmission on both sides in the lower and middle per- formance range.
Areas of application:
CONTI SYNCHROTWIN® double-sided timing belts are suitable for same-direction and opposing rotary movements. They hence enable compact space- and weight-saving drives with an efficiency of up to 98%.

Properties:
moderate oil resistance unaffected by tropical climates suitable for temperatures ranging from –20 °C to +100 °C according to application the heavy-duty versions of the belt are electrically conductive according to ISO 9563
Versions:
® is available in three versions:The CONTI SYNCHROTWIN The heavy-duty versions with aramid-fibre-reinforced elastomer enables the sense of rotation to be reversed even for high rpm rates and torques. The standard version allows economic solutions in the lower and middle performance range and is also available in the DH trapezoidal profile.
